Base salary: $96,000–$169,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Build event-driven integrations that synchronize customer and policy data with sales, marketing, and other systems.
• Develop inbound REST APIs, outbound callouts, partner data services, and consent and compliance workflows.
• Build and improve Apex, LWC, and Flow solutions, including automation and routing for sales and service teams.
• Deploy through Git-based CI/CD, manage sandboxes and production synchronization, and maintain rollback plans.
• Triage production issues, investigate failures across integration boundaries, and fix root causes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and work remotely.
• Typically 5+ years of Salesforce development experience or equivalent experience delivering and supporting production systems.
• Strong Apex, SOQL, bulk processing, asynchronous processing, and automated testing skills.
• Experience with REST or event-driven integrations, including duplicate messages, retries, and partial failures.
• Ability to build and debug Flow and LWC solutions using modern JavaScript and explain when Apex is the better choice.
• Experience with Salesforce data models, sharing, object and field access, Salesforce CLI, Git, automated deployments, production investigation, and code review.

Nice to have

• Experience with trigger frameworks, layered Apex design, dependency injection, and mocking libraries.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with customer data platforms, contact-center systems, marketing tools, or identity providers.
• Insurance or financial services experience, especially with agent or partner distribution.
• Experience with consent and privacy compliance such as TCPA and CCPA.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
