Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, Administrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployments, and CI/CD and release management processes.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and performance issues while maintaining technical documentation and supporting post-deployment stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of the Salesforce Security Model and experience designing scalable, secure, maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD deployment tools, testing, code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, technical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, nCino, MuleSoft, or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Background in banking or financial services.
• Experience with DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
