Salesforce Developer (UI/UX)

Location: London, United Kingdom; based within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub. Hybrid work with in-person collaboration three days per week.

What you will do

• Audit Salesforce Lightning record pages, console apps, list views, and home pages to identify friction in rep workflows.
• Create a prioritised UI improvement roadmap tied to productivity and adoption.
• Design, prototype, and validate improved layouts, workflows, and reusable components with Sales and Revenue users.
• Develop custom Lightning Web Components with supporting Apex and configure App Builder, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions, console apps, and Flows.
• Run usability tests and pilots, track adoption and performance, and iterate based on feedback.
• Document releases, maintain component libraries, and collaborate with admins, architects, and data teams on security, automation, and data-model integration.

Requirements

• Strong production experience building Lightning Web Components.
• Solid knowledge of Apex, SOQL, the Salesforce data model, Lightning Experience customisation, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD or another deployment process.
• UX mindset with the ability to explain design decisions, work with non-technical users, and operate independently across time zones.
• Portfolio or examples of shipped Salesforce UI work, plus experience with SLDS, Figma or similar tools, and WCAG accessibility principles.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Jest testing for LWC, Salesforce performance optimisation, or relevant Salesforce certifications is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience with opportunity management, account planning, and pipeline views.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Platform App Builder certification.
