Sr Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: USD 100,000–110,000 per year, with potential bonuses and short- and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team and serve as a finance partner for revenue planning and business performance.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, strategic decisions, and capital allocation.
• Monitor business metrics and trends, prepare weekly operational reporting, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Help create and evaluate budgets, business plans, and forecasts for business units and subsidiaries.
• Partner with Finance and Business Unit leaders to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Analyze operational problems, recommend solutions, and lead or support ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a finance or analytics role in a corporate environment.
• At least 1 year of experience building complex, efficient financial models.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, economics, and statistics.
• Expert analytical, critical-thinking, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SQL experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology industry, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience with SQL.
