Associate Security Professional (2nd Shift)

Location: Designated hirify.global facility; onsite security coverage is required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Salary: $17.10–$23.14 per hour; the posting title references $21 per hour.

What you will do

• Respond to life-safety and emergency incidents, take command of scenes, and provide assistance, medical attention, or directions.
• Monitor CCTV, patrol company property, secure doors and access points, and inspect buildings for vandalism, suspicious activity, and safety or fire hazards.
• Operate computer systems and communications equipment while preparing reports and maintaining security records.
• Coordinate visitor information, enforce facility access procedures, and escort employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Support employees and internal teams with safety and security issues and assist with audits of security and life-safety equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18, valid driver's license, and high school degree.
• Customer service, security, or military experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and learn complex security programs and procedures in a Windows environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Central Station Alarm Association Central Station Operator I certification within one year and complete the department training program within 90 days.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
