Supervisor, Security (Physical Security)

Location: Onsite at the Central Fill Pharmacy in Springfield, Missouri, United States. The schedule starts on a temporary day shift and transitions to evening shift after go-live.

Salary: $26.80 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for night-shift hours.

What you will do

• Assign duties, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, and coach security associates.
• Support hiring, onboarding, orientation, and training.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead emergency response efforts and provide tactical support during incidents.
• Enforce regulatory and corporate policies, investigate incidents, and assess threat levels.
• Improve security protocols, programs, and training while implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees.
• At least 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services, or a related field.
• Experience participating in hiring, promotion, and disciplinary actions.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, life safety procedures, and compliance standards.
• Experience with security systems, threat assessments, and incident command during emergencies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, integrity, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset protection, inventory control, or safety.
• Associate degree.
