TL;DR
Automation Engineering Manager (UiPath): Leading the architecture, governance, and delivery of complex, scalable automation solutions for global client engagements with an accent on UiPath, enterprise RPA, and intelligent automation. Focus on designing secure automation platforms, resolving production challenges, mentoring distributed engineering teams, and advising senior stakeholders on technology roadmaps and business value.
Location: Remote from Mexico; work from home anywhere in México

What you will do
- Own solution architecture and technical design for complex, scalable, and secure UiPath and intelligent automation implementations.
- Define technical standards, architectural patterns, delivery frameworks, and automation governance across global projects.
- Lead code and design reviews, CI/CD and testing practices, risk mitigation, and resolution of complex production and performance issues.
- Advise clients on automation adoption, architecture, ROI, technology roadmaps, proposals, workshops, and pre-sales discussions.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, accelerators, training programs, and technical thought-leadership initiatives.
- Manage, mentor, and develop automation engineers while overseeing delivery planning, resource allocation, KPIs, risks, timelines, and quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in intelligent automation or RPA, preferably with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Experience owning solution architecture and technical design for complex automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of APIs, SQL, Git/version control, software engineering best practices, automation testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment governance.
- Experience leading and mentoring distributed or global automation engineering teams.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience with senior, executive, and international stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- UiPath certifications, including Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, Infrastructure Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, or Agentic Automation certifications.
- Experience with Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Process Mining, UiPath Test Suite, or other automation testing platforms.
- Experience with Agentic AI, AI Center, Action Center, Microsoft, GCP, Lang ecosystem, n8n, or similar AI platforms.
- Python skills or exposure to low-code platforms such as Appian, Mendix, or Power Apps.
- Pre-sales, proposal development, technical sales support, solution estimation, or global delivery experience.
