Location: Must be based in or near Phoenix, AZ, or Coppell, TX

Compensation: $32.00 – $35.00/hour, plus annual bonus

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research and outreach.
  • Re-engage lost or dissatisfied accounts to prevent churn and reinforce value.
  • Cultivate trust with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to analyze industry trends and lead quality.
  • Maintain data integrity and track all activities within Salesforce.
  • Advance qualified leads through the sales funnel to drive revenue attainment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • 1-3+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and opportunity-generation targets
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume outbound activity
  • Must be located in or able to work from Phoenix, AZ, or Coppell, TX
  • Resilience and a growth-oriented mindset for handling rejection

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
  • Foundational understanding of the pool and spa industry
