Compensation: $32.00 – $35.00/hour, plus annual bonus

What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research and outreach.
- Re-engage lost or dissatisfied accounts to prevent churn and reinforce value.
- Cultivate trust with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to analyze industry trends and lead quality.
- Maintain data integrity and track all activities within Salesforce.
- Advance qualified leads through the sales funnel to drive revenue attainment.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- 1-3+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and opportunity-generation targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume outbound activity
- Must be located in or able to work from Phoenix, AZ, or Coppell, TX
- Resilience and a growth-oriented mindset for handling rejection
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Foundational understanding of the pool and spa industry
