What you will do

• Own the North America P&L, including revenue trajectory, EBITDA performance, margins, client health, and investment decisions.
• Lead monthly planning cycles, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, CBU scorecards, and executive financial narratives.
• Drive profitability improvements through client margin analysis, pricing recommendations, staffing optimization, and SOW restructuring.
• Partner with North America leadership on investment cases, resource allocation, deal structuring, and strategic pricing.
• Oversee Global FP&A reporting, consolidated P&L packages, board decks, and forecast infrastructure.
• Manage and mentor two Finance Business Partners while serving as the senior North America finance voice.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in professional services, consulting, technology services, or AI/data firms, including at least 5 years in VP, Senior Director, or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience owning a $100M+ regional or business-unit P&L with accountability for forecast accuracy, margins, and profitability.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into actions that improve EBITDA and client margins in fast-moving, growth-stage environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, executive communication, and presentation skills for C-suite and board-level audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with financial planning systems such as Prophix, Anaplan, or Workday Planning, plus knowledge of bill rates, utilization, burden rates, and ASC 606.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred; equivalent FP&A leadership experience is accepted.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Prophix or similar cloud-based performance management platforms.
• Exposure to M&A integration, post-acquisition financial management, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience transitioning finance from reactive reporting to proactive business partnership.
• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable financial dashboarding tools.
• Experience supporting matrixed organizations across geographies.
