Location: Remote within the United States, aligned to designated IT hub locations including Louisville, Dallas/Frisco, Washington/Arlington, Nashville, Fort Lauderdale/Tampa, and Atlanta. Occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings may be required.
Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year in base pay, depending on geographic location, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle plans for enterprise cloud infrastructure products.
- Manage capabilities across cloud migration, provisioning, landing zones, networking, compute, storage, Kubernetes, automation, observability, resilience, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Lead product delivery from discovery and design through implementation, adoption, optimization, support, and retirement.
- Improve onboarding and migration processes for teams adopting Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
- Partner with engineering and cloud operations to modernize infrastructure, improve reliability and security, automate provisioning, and reduce technical debt.
- Advise senior leaders and align engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, application teams, and technology partners on priorities, risks, governance, and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, infrastructure, IT delivery, cloud technology, technology operations, or a related field, including 3+ years focused on cloud infrastructure migration product or program management.
- At least 2 years of project, program, product, or cross-functional leadership experience.
- Experience managing enterprise product roadmaps, backlogs, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and lifecycle strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, monitoring, logging, automation, disaster recovery, resilience, and platform reliability.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, analytical decision-making, stakeholder management, and translating complex technical requirements into measurable outcomes.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Release Train environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow, application portfolio management, configuration management, lifecycle governance, cybersecurity controls, cloud governance, and enterprise risk management.
- MBA, advanced degree, or certifications in product management, Agile, Google Cloud, Azure, infrastructure, ITIL, ServiceNow, or related disciplines.
