TL;DR
Lead Product Manager (Cloud Infrastructure): Leading cloud infrastructure products and capabilities across Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, covering onboarding, migrations, modernization, reliability, automation, security, and lifecycle management with an accent on scalable, secure, compliant enterprise platforms. Focus on prioritizing roadmaps, reducing technical debt, improving platform adoption, and coordinating complex dependencies across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, architecture, and governance.

Location: Remote within the United States, aligned to one of these IT Hub cities: Louisville, Dallas/Frisco, Washington/Arlington Metro, Nashville, Fort Lauderdale or Tampa, and Atlanta. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and lifecycle plans for cloud infrastructure, migrations, onboarding, and modernization.
  • Manage capabilities across Google Cloud and Azure, including landing zones, tenant enablement, identity, compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, automation, monitoring, observability, resilience, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Lead cloud onboarding and migration processes, coordinating architecture, security, access, deployment readiness, network, database, and operational handoffs.
  • Translate infrastructure, security, governance, and operational needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive platform reliability, scalability, automation, cost-conscious usage, technical debt remediation, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Align cloud engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, operations, governance, application teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders on priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical product management, infrastructure, IT delivery, cloud technology, technology operations, or a related area.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure migration product or program management and 2+ years of project, program, product, or cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans in complex enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, monitoring, logging, automation, disaster recovery, and platform reliability.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder influence, and independent decision-making skills, with either deep cloud infrastructure expertise or strong technical product management expertise.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, cloud operations, platform engineering, or infrastructure modernization.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud projects, folders, organizations, IAM, VPC networking, Kubernetes, logging, and monitoring, or Azure subscriptions, resource groups, AKS, virtual networks, managed identities, and Azure Policy.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, technology lifecycle management, technical debt governance, application portfolio management, configuration management, and decommissioning.
  • Experience with cloud cost optimization, operational resilience, cybersecurity, audit requirements, enterprise risk management, SAFe, or Agile Release Train structures.
  • MBA, advanced degree, or relevant product, Agile, cloud, infrastructure, ITIL, ServiceNow, or technology certification.
