VP, Strategic Technical Partnerships (AI/HR Tech)

Location: Remote within the United States, at the Westwood, Massachusetts headquarters, or a mix of both

Salary: Starting at $150,000 plus variable compensation, including bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own the strategy, commercial development, signed deals, and live integrations for strategic technology partnerships.
• Build partnerships with HR technology platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG, Greenhouse, and Rippling.
• Expand PI's presence across AI platforms, including MCP and LLM integrations with major AI providers.
• Embed PI into productivity surfaces such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Structure commercial models for each partnership ecosystem and build the partnerships function as it scales.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic technology partnerships within enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading the function or owning a partnership P&L.
• Personal experience signing and operating partnerships with major platform companies.
• Fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations rather than channel or referral partnerships.
• Working knowledge of MCP, LLM platform integrations, agent registries, and developer relations.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States or from the Massachusetts headquarters.
