Location: Remote in California; San Francisco, California

Salary: $178,800–$245,850 USD in Zone 1; $161,000–$221,300 USD in Zone 2; $152,000–$209,000 USD in Zone 3.

What you will do

• Build and own partnership strategies for AI coding agents, app builders, and developer platforms.
• Lead strategic partnerships from opportunity identification and joint product planning through integration launch and scale.
• Develop joint solutions, go-to-market motions, and marketing initiatives that drive customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to execute partner programs.
• Drive enablement and field readiness for Databricks and partner teams.
• Represent partner needs internally and influence the Databricks product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or partner management.
• 3+ years of experience across AI code-generation, app-building, or developer-tool ecosystems.
• Proven experience launching strategic ISV integrations and joint go-to-market motions.
• Deep knowledge and network across developer tools, databases, Postgres, developer marketplaces, platform-as-a-service, AI coding, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, prioritization, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience navigating co-opetition and sensitive partner relationships in a high-growth environment.
