What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-year strategic partnerships and business development strategy.
- Build and maintain a strong network with founders, CEOs, and product leaders across the AI and SMB technology ecosystem.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate external technologies into Newfold’s platforms.
- Structure and negotiate complex strategic agreements, including licensing, white-label arrangements, and joint ventures.
- Assess organizational capabilities and build a high-impact team to scale the strategic partnerships function.
- Represent the company at major technology, AI, and industry events.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in product, technology, strategic partnerships, or corporate strategy.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technology trends into scaled customer experiences and business opportunities.
- Proven experience in structuring and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and executive teams.
