Full Stack Senior Marketer (AI)

Location: Manila, Philippines; remote workplace with Australian working hours and Australian public holidays

Salary: Up to $2,700 AUD per month

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across the commercial company and charitable division.
• Build full-funnel campaigns that generate awareness, enquiries, and conversions, and improve customer journeys.
• Manage GoHighLevel CRM, lead nurturing sequences, marketing automation, pipeline reporting, and customer communications.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, email marketing, websites, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Coordinate content, brand messaging, educational materials, customer stories, podcasts, partnerships, and events.
• Build marketing dashboards, analyze ROI and conversion performance, and present commercial recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning the marketing function within a growing business.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing strategy, customer acquisition, full-funnel marketing, and commercial growth.
• Strong analytical, reporting, written English, copywriting, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, make strategic recommendations, and manage multiple projects.
• Highly proficient in using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity for productivity, workflow automation, reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Understanding of AI limitations, data security, responsible commercial AI use, and practical AI integration beyond content generation.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Australian businesses or marketing to Australian consumers.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Property, housing, construction, or related industry experience.
• Experience launching brands, websites, or major marketing campaigns.
• Experience supporting both commercial and purpose-driven organizations.
