Growth Marketing & Ecommerce Expert (AI)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours follow Australian business hours.

Salary: AUD 2,000–3,000 per month.

What you will do

• Execute digital marketing campaigns supporting major retail customers and future retail partnerships.
• Manage affiliate marketing, UGC campaigns, campaign budgets, product launches, and promotional activity.
• Schedule social media content, manage communities, engage customers, and respond to enquiries according to communication guidelines.
• Drive ecommerce growth through website optimisation, subscription initiatives, email marketing, and retention campaigns.
• Report weekly on sales, inventory, and sell-through, identifying opportunities to increase sales velocity.
• Use AI tools daily for content creation, research, reporting, workflow automation, analysis, and marketing performance improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or ecommerce.
• Strong practical capability with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
• Experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, Descript, and Shopify.
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
