What you will do

• Lead daily receiving, storage, picking, kitting, and shipping activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Own inventory accuracy by leading cycle count programs and investigating discrepancies.
• Develop standardized receiving and replenishment processes to optimize warehouse layout and efficiency.
• Direct and coach Receiving Clerks, Inventory Specialists, and Material Handlers to ensure operational accountability.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance on inventory control initiatives.
• Ensure production kits and material requests are fulfilled on time to prevent production bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of warehouse or inventory operations experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience leading warehouse or inventory teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and ERP transactions.
• Proven success in improving inventory accuracy and warehouse performance.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and warehouse flow.
• Forklift certification.
