Salary: $160,500–$305,000 per year

What you will do

• Set the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for enterprise-wide Finance Transformation programs.
• Lead transformation initiatives across people and change, process improvement, and technology enablement.
• Oversee program planning, delivery, governance, risks, dependencies, approvals, and corrective actions.
• Build executive dashboards, status reports, and communication strategies for steering committees and leadership teams.
• Coordinate training, pilots, phased rollouts, adoption metrics, and post-implementation reviews.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners while mentoring and developing talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial systems and processes.
• Experience leading multiple simultaneous projects in a matrixed, global environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, process diagnostic, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and engage with senior leadership on strategic and confidential matters.
