What you will do

• Lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle, including diligence, deal planning, close readiness, and post-close integration.
• Perform financial diligence by analyzing historical and projected performance, operating metrics, cash flow, and working capital.
• Negotiate key transaction and closing considerations, such as net working capital and purchase price adjustments.
• Coordinate pre-close planning with finance sub-functions (Tax, Treasury, Payroll, etc.) to ensure Day 1 operational continuity.
• Develop and execute finance integration plans, managing governance, milestones, and risk resolution.
• Identify and implement opportunities to standardize and scale M&A finance processes and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in M&A finance, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial diligence, modeling, and post-close integration.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Strong project management skills for tracking milestones and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience preparing decision-ready materials for senior executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or other advanced finance/accounting credentials.
• Experience within the technology or SaaS industry, specifically with cloud or subscription models.
• Familiarity with valuation concepts, synergy analysis, and deal performance indicators.
• Experience with enterprise finance systems and reporting tools.
