Talent Acquisition Partner (with Danish)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid remote/office

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from talent attraction through offer acceptance.
• Build and nurture talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, the ATS, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment guidance and labor market insights.
• Conduct phone screenings, candidate assessments, and virtual interviews, then provide timely recommendations.
• Share best practices, support diversity and inclusion, and improve employer brand and hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• International Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house, agency, or RPO environment.
• Strong sourcing, networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to use recruitment trends and labor market data to make actionable recommendations.
• Professionalism, empathy, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and Danish is required.
