Recruiter II - Contract Role (SaaS)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work

Salary: US OTE of $35,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Source, recruit, and hire talent for go-to-market teams, with a focus on Customer Success, Global Services, and Support.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring priorities and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to support effective hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting effectiveness through metrics, data analysis, dashboards, and candidate pipeline reporting.
• Improve recruiting processes and systems, contribute to talent acquisition planning, and mentor recruiting peers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize recruiting activity in a high-demand environment.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics and developing recruiting plans.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Chicago, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience recruiting candidates in the SaaS or cloud industry.
