Recruiting Intern (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo; hybrid work from home and the local office

hirify.global is a fintech company hiring across multiple countries and building recruiting workflows that use AI tools.

What you will do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, online communities, Slack groups, university networks, alumni lists, and Boolean searches.
• Review applications, maintain the Lever ATS, and keep recruiting pipelines organized.
• Contact candidates, answer questions, and write personalized outreach messages.
• Schedule interviews across time zones, collect feedback, and keep hiring processes moving.
• Improve the candidate experience and track recruiting funnel performance.
• Support job-post improvement, employer branding, and People Team projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or changing careers; recruiting experience is not required.
• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo and able to work on a hybrid schedule from home and the local office.
• English plus Spanish or Portuguese required; knowledge of both Spanish and Portuguese is a bonus.
• Fluent with AI tools for drafting, research, summarization, and recruiting workflows, with the judgment to review and correct outputs.
• Strong writing, organization, curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Interest in fintech and how companies scale.

Nice to have

• Exposure to an ATS, CRM, or sourcing tool.
• Recruiting experience in a student organization, university career center, or club.
• A newsletter, community, side project, or similar initiative that involved engaging new people.
