Recruiting Intern (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo, working from home and the local office

hirify.global is a stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises, providing corporate cards, payments, treasury, and spend management across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, professional communities, Slack groups, university networks, alumni lists, and Boolean search.
• Review applications and maintain accurate candidate data in the Lever ATS.
• Contact candidates, answer questions, and write personalized outreach messages.
• Schedule interviews across time zones, collect feedback, and keep hiring processes moving.
• Track recruiting funnel performance and identify what is working or needs improvement.
• Support job-post improvement, employer branding, candidate experience, and People Team projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or changing careers; previous recruiting experience is not required.
• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo and able to work hybrid from home and the local office.
• English and Spanish or Portuguese required; knowledge of both Spanish and Portuguese is a bonus.
• Fluent use of AI tools for drafting, research, summarization, and recruiting workflows.
• Strong writing, organization, technical adaptability, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Interest in fintech and how companies scale.

• Exposure to an ATS, CRM, or sourcing tool.
• Experience recruiting through a student organization, university career center, or club.
• A personal project, newsletter, or community that involved engaging and persuading others.
