Head of Recruiting Mexico (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Manage and supervise recruiting operations in line with objectives, KPIs, and full-cycle recruiting standards.
• Coordinate hiring needs across all plants in Mexico and maintain effective talent pipelines.
• Design and implement talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and employer branding strategies.
• Improve recruitment and selection processes to increase efficiency, diversity, and organizational flexibility.
• Apply candidate assessment, selection, hiring, project management, and change management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• 3–5 years of leadership and team management experience.
• Experience managing recruitment operations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR processes, and labor market trends.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.
