Senior Recruitment Lead (H-2A/H-2B)

Location: Hybrid in Monterrey, Mexico, with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end H-2A and H-2B recruitment campaigns, translating client requirements into candidate profiles and screening criteria.
• Build sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines that support hiring targets.
• Interview and evaluate candidates against employer requirements.
• Track campaign metrics, identify bottlenecks, and adjust recruitment plans.
• Serve as a key client contact, participate in sales calls, and explain timelines, feasibility, and solutions.
• Manage recruitment escalations, improve SOPs and training materials, and mentor junior recruiters.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English, including the ability to lead client and sales calls in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally in high-volume hiring.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong ownership, organization, reliability, and deadline management across multiple campaigns.
• Clear professional communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, recruitment databases, and applicant tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with H-2A, H-2B, or visa-based recruitment.
• Interest in agriculture.
