People & Recruiting Specialist

Location: Remote from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico; Monday–Friday aligned with US Eastern time.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake and scorecard definition through sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Build outbound talent pipelines using InMail campaigns, niche boards, referrals, talent mapping, and market research across the US, LATAM, Europe, Israel, and Asia.
• Use AI tools for resume screening, interview transcription and analysis, ATS notes, candidate communications, and workflow automation.
• Partner with department heads, executives, vendors, Finance, and international stakeholders across time zones.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, internal moves, promotions, contract changes, offboarding, access, documentation, and records.
• Administer ATS and HRIS systems, support workforce reporting, coordinate employee experience initiatives, and organize remote and office-based culture activities.

Requirements

• Based in South America or Mexico.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with ownership from intake to close.
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability and experience hiring across functions, seniority levels, and international time zones.
• Meaningful People Operations or HR generalist experience, including employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, employment administration, and employee experience programs.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting or People Operations workflows.
• Strong ATS and HRIS fluency; Lever and Deel are preferred, with Greenhouse, Workday, Remote, Rippling, or similar systems also accepted. Impeccable written and spoken English is required.
