IAM Engineer (Active Directory)

What you will do

• Automate user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Enhance and maintain IAM tools including Saviynt, OneIdentity, and Okta.
• Resolve identity-related issues across the organization.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs.
• Prepare documentation for audits and act as a point of contact for audit issues.
• Support lifecycle management of identities, entitlements, and roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and maintaining Active Directory.
• 5+ years of experience in automating IT solutions.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of IT processes, information security, and systems implementation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Availability for on-call support during non-business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM tools like Sailpoint or Saviynt.
• Experience with SQL Server, Exchange Online, or Entra ID.
• Technical certifications in relevant fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
