Information Security Engineer

Location: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week onsite in BGC, Taguig, Philippines. The role requires a mid-shift aligned with CET business hours, with flexibility to cover other shifts as needed.

What you will do

• Handle IAM and IGA operational requests and incidents within SLA commitments, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Design, develop, and implement IGA solutions using One Identity Manager or comparable platforms.
• Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications through requirements gathering, entitlement mapping, connector configuration, and go-live validation.
• Define role structures, access models, and provisioning requirements through workshops with system owners and application teams.
• Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning, and access recertification campaigns.
• Identify orphan accounts, excessive entitlements, and access anomalies while maintaining documentation for audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years in an operational, security, or implementation role.
• Hands-on experience with an IGA platform; One Identity Manager is strongly preferred, while SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalent platforms are considered.
• Knowledge of IAM and IGA concepts, including JML, RBAC, least privilege, access certification, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Experience with application integrations, entitlement analysis, connector requirements, directory services, and identity stores such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ability to communicate complex IAM and IGA topics clearly, facilitate workshops, work autonomously, and coordinate across distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Scripting or development experience with PowerShell, SQL, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC, and ISO 27001.
• Experience designing solutions with IGA processes, workflows, and orchestration tools.
