What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of IAM products including SailPoint, Saviynt, and Okta.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including RBAC/ABAC role management and access certifications.
• Integrate IAM solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises directories.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, SQL, and RPA tools to streamline identity management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical IAM standards.
• Analyze metrics and automate data collection to enhance security initiatives and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with SailPoint engineering or architecture.
• Proficiency with SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud.
• Strong experience with API integrations (REST, JSON) and cloud infrastructure.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
• Expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like Delinea Secret Server.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and complex directory integrations.
• Strong leadership capabilities in technical project implementation.
