Engineer Identity Systems (IAM)

What you will do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and customize enterprise IAM tools, including Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingFederate.
• Conduct identity and access recertification activities and manage IAM rules for account lifecycle and role automation.
• Partner with department leaders to develop roles, applications, workflows, and other IAM configuration components.
• Monitor customer experience, application performance, and hosting infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis, support cross-functional IT projects, and develop long-term availability and performance improvements.
• Maintain test and pre-production environments and participate in high-severity incident recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of in-depth IAM administration experience, including design, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Expertise in identity and access management, governance, SSO, SAML or OIDC federation, MFA, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Experience with CyberArk and IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Oracle Identity Manager, or Saviynt.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, iSeries, databases, networking, virtualization, server hardware, and Office 365.
• Experience with scripting, web technologies, security standards, role mining, RBAC, access certification, and identity lifecycle automation.

Nice to have

• MCSE, MCIPT, Azure, Google, or VMware VCP6-DCV certification.
• Experience migrating legacy IAM technologies and processes to modern architectures.
• Experience supporting offshore teams and applications.
