IAM Engineer (Identity and Access Management)

What you will do

• Automate user onboarding and offboarding solutions and enhance existing IAM tools.
• Support identity lifecycle management for identities, entitlements, and roles across multiple systems and applications.
• Resolve identity-related issues and assist IT teams with Active Directory migration tasks.
• Perform maintenance, software upgrades, and operational support for IAM systems.
• Contribute to IAM roadmaps and collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, InfoSec, DevOps, and engineering stakeholders.
• Prepare audit documentation and act as a point of contact for audit issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and maintaining Active Directory.
• 5+ years of experience automating IT solutions, with required scripting and strong PowerShell skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, IT processes, information security, and systems implementations.
• Ability to document standards, methods, processes, and environment diagrams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for on-call support during non-business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneIdentity Active Roles, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, SQL Server, Exchange Online, or Entra ID.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technical certifications.
