Senior Production Assembler (Aerospace)

POWERTECH is a propulsion technology center focused on designing, engineering, and manufacturing combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines for aerospace, defence, and autonomous platforms.

What you will do

• Perform complex mechanical assembly and integration of engines, propulsion systems, aerospace components, and sub-assemblies.
• Interpret engineering drawings, assembly procedures, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
• Assemble precision mechanical parts, structures, piping, brackets, and related components on the Final Assembly Line.
• Support production targets, identify assembly issues, and assist with troubleshooting, rework, and resolution of non-conformities.
• Use and maintain torque tools, pneumatic tools, measuring instruments, and lifting equipment.
• Guide junior assemblers and technicians and support supervisors with daily assembly coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Minimum 5–8 years of assembly experience in aerospace, aviation, defence, automotive, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with propulsion systems, engines, rotating equipment, or precision assemblies is highly preferred.
• Experience in Final Assembly Line environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to complete production records accurately and support inspection and quality verification activities.
