Location: On-site in Qingdao, China; shift work is required. Preference is given to candidates residing in Chengyang and candidates located in the Hi-Tech Area.

What you will do

• Assemble products according to production work instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
• Operate assembly equipment and use approved tools and measuring instruments.
• Work with supervisors, engineers, product control, and quality personnel to resolve assembly and quality issues.
• Maintain equipment and work areas, perform basic preventive maintenance, and participate in TPM activities.
• Implement 5S practices and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Vocational school or technical secondary school education or above; a mechanical background is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, geometric tolerances, and production processes.
• Ability to use and replace assembly tools and operate common measuring instruments.
• Basic mathematics, communication, and learning skills.
• Honesty, reliability, willingness to work hard, and readiness to follow assignments and work shifts.
• Approximately 2–3 years of mechanical industry experience in equipment assembly; fencer experience is preferred.

• Fluent Mandarin.
• Basic English knowledge.
• Knowledge of 5S and ERP systems.
