Assembly Production Technician (UAE Talent)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; on-site precision assembly work

What you will do

• Assemble precision mechanical and electrical components and sub-assemblies using engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Inspect assemblies against quality, tolerance, and dimensional standards and support final testing.
• Use and maintain vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and calibration equipment.
• Record assembly activities, inspections, production data, defects, non-conformities, and process issues.
• Support process improvement, industrialization, lean practices, automated solutions, and safe handling of tools and materials.
• Analyse inventory consumption, prepare reports, improve stock management, and provide reactive support for instrument inventory and technical issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in assembly and manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical or product assembly.
• Diploma or technical training in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work with small and complex mechanical and electrical parts.
• English proficiency is required for the role.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, packing, documentation, and risk-assessment procedures.
