What you will do

• Define technical roadmaps for power electronics and hardware design.
• Design and optimize DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drives, and advanced power topologies.
• Lead circuit design, PCB development, prototyping, and validation using Altium Designer and simulation tools.
• Integrate power electronics with motors, sensors, software, and control algorithms in electromechanical systems.
• Develop and optimize trapezoidal, Field-Oriented Control, and Direct Torque Control algorithms for electric drives.
• Oversee HIL simulations, field testing, EMC, thermal performance, reliability, and system-level integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in power electronics design, system integration, and validation.
• Expertise in converters, inverters, motor drives, and high-performance power systems.
• Experience with circuit and PCB design, thermal management, EMI/EMC, and semiconductor technologies.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, and LTspice.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications in power electronics.
• PhD in Power Electronics.
