Principal Engineer - Power Electronics (E&E;)

What you will do

• Define technical roadmaps for power electronics and hardware design.
• Design and optimize DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drives, and advanced power topologies.
• Lead circuit design and PCB development in Altium Designer, ensuring signal integrity, thermal efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Use MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, and LTspice for system modeling and simulation.
• Lead prototyping, validation, HIL simulations, field testing, and rapid design iteration.
• Integrate power electronics, motors, sensors, software, and control algorithms while managing EMC, thermal performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in power electronics design, system integration, and validation.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing converters, inverters, and motor drive systems for complex, high-performance applications.
• Experience with power electronics design, circuit and PCB design, modeling and simulation tools, and control systems.
• Knowledge of thermal management, EMI/EMC, and semiconductor technologies.
• Experience integrating hardware, software, and control algorithms in electromechanical systems.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications or a PhD in Power Electronics.
