SVP, Global OFCI Procurement

What you will do

• Establish the global vision, strategy, and operating model for the OFCI procurement organization supporting AI data center expansion.
• Partner with Construction, Design and Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align procurement with rack densities, schedules, budgets, and operating standards.
• Develop vendor capacity reservations, multi-sourcing frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies for constrained power and liquid cooling equipment.
• Build and lead a multi-location procurement team covering category management, vendor management, logistics, and contract negotiation.
• Lead negotiations with major OEMs across electrical and mechanical MEP equipment, including switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, CDUs, and piping assemblies.
• Coordinate logistics, installation handoff, commissioning, warranty activation, maintenance agreements, spare parts, and operational readiness for owner-furnished equipment.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing within hyperscale or AI data centers, critical infrastructure, energy, or large-scale commercial development.
• Deep knowledge of AI data center MEP systems, medium- and low-voltage power distribution, generators, air cooling, liquid cooling, and OFCI delivery frameworks.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex equipment purchase agreements, master service agreements, and long-term maintenance contracts.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing procurement teams across multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience sourcing or deploying direct-to-chip or immersion liquid cooling for GPU or AI compute clusters.
• Familiarity with rack power density trends and supporting electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Experience operating across multiple regions and time zones for global AI data center construction.
