Amazon Advertising Manager

Location: Fully remote with attendance in London once a month

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum

A growing eCommerce and retail media specialist working with recognised consumer brands across Amazon, marketplaces, DTC platforms, and retail media networks.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Amazon advertising strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Sponsored Ads campaigns using performance and market data.
• Identify growth opportunities and turn insights into practical action plans.
• Present performance clearly to clients and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to consultancy initiatives and support the development of junior colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and systems skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.

Nice to have

• Agency experience.
• Experience with Amazon DSP or Skai/Kenshoo.
• Additional European languages.
