What you will do

• Run and optimize best-practice compliant campaigns across retail media ad ecosystems.
• Ownership of testing plans, including suggesting, executing, and evaluating new ideas.
• Prepare performance commentary and weekly reporting for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced performance-led strategies.
• Build and maintain solid external working relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Conduct performance analysis and develop solutions to identify and fix gaps in goal achievement.

Requirements

• Demonstrable eCommerce knowledge and a strong interest in Retail Media.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and data literacy to turn data into strategic insights.
• Operational proficiency and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
