Account Executive, Affiliate Marketing

Location: Remote, work from home in the UK or Germany; some travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, team meetings, and other events.

Target salary: €37,000–€44,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs and campaigns.
• Build and maintain communications with clients, affiliates, and partners, including newsletters and promotional updates.
• Use Excel to produce reports, track campaign performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Own client tasks, prioritize deadlines, maintain tracking platforms, and support strategy execution.
• Manage affiliate recruitment, applications, creative asset deployment, fraud checks, compliance, and account risks.
• Collaborate with peers and managers on process improvements, training, best practices, and account growth.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience; a background in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formatting, reporting, and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, communicate proactively, and meet deadlines.
• Must be based in the UK or Germany and able to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact.
• Knowledge of HTML.
• Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or German.
