Account Specialist, Affiliate Marketing

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom or Germany; occasional travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, and team meetings.

Target salary: £27,000–£37,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including affiliate communications, recruitment, newsletters, and creative asset deployment.
• Build and maintain client and affiliate relationships through proactive communications, promotions, program updates, and campaign coordination.
• Use advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to produce reports, track performance, and identify trends.
• Own client tasks, prioritize work across multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and communicate potential delays.
• Monitor fraud, risks, and compliance with program terms while troubleshooting account and affiliate issues.
• Collaborate with managers and peers on process improvements, training, best-practice sharing, and campaign ideas.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience; online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formatting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, communicate proactively, and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact.
• Knowledge of HTML.
• Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or German.
