Agent Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site at the New York headquarters; full-time in-person work in NYC is required

Salary: $170K–$270K annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own one or more AI agent product lines from discovery through delivery, deployment, and iteration.
• Define product roadmaps using deployment data and structured customer feedback.
• Prioritize customer-specific requests against platform-wide improvements.
• Translate feedback from customers, CSMs, and TAMs into clear product requirements for engineering.
• Align sales promises, customer targeting, feature scope, and delivery timelines with engineering reality.
• Build scalable, productized solutions and self-service tooling that reduce manual configuration.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-enabled products.
• Strong ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into engineering-ready requirements.
• Experience working directly with customers or design partners in a product role.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or conversational AI systems, or the ability to ramp up quickly.
• Eagerness to work in person in NYC full time.
