Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Redwood City, California, or Toronto, Canada

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year plus stock and/or stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery and identify technical risks involving APIs, integrations, data availability, and security constraints.
• Create execution-ready PRDs and translate ambiguous business problems into concrete solution designs.
• Build or contribute to live proofs of concept and partner with engineering to validate feasibility.
• Drive delivery governance, milestones, success metrics, and cross-functional execution from pre-sales through production.
• Act as the primary customer interface in discovery workshops, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Identify missing data, undocumented APIs, unrealistic assumptions, and other risks before they affect delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on enterprise software creation.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle from discovery through production deployment and iteration.
• Strong technical background with hands-on exposure to software systems and the ability to build and deploy solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise software, ideally involving AI/ML or other non-deterministic, data-driven systems.
• Strong technical judgment, analytical skills, and credibility with senior engineers.
• Clear written and verbal communication with experience managing executive and technical stakeholders.

• Domain expertise in Health and Life Sciences.
