Floorplan Sales Associate (Automotive Finance)

Location: Remote, Texas

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of independent and franchise automotive dealers using floorplan financing solutions.
• Build dealership relationships, identify financing needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze dealer performance and usage trends to recommend credit increases, restructuring, and product enhancements.
• Drive utilization of existing credit lines and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct in-person dealer visits and virtual check-ins while providing consultative support.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams on dealer onboarding and account management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in floorplan finance, inventory financing, dealer lending, or automotive finance.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in competitive or economically challenging markets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies to economic and political challenges.
• Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
