What you will do

• Support the Payments Product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct product research, business case development, market analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, and internal communications.
• Support governance, risk management, and regulatory reviews for product changes.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and product launch activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Client Service, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent client experiences.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Treasury or Cash Management product management, development, engineering, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic achievement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to generate ideas and drive the development of new business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in payments, treasury management, banking, or financial technology.
