Product Lead - Digital Wallets (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office in Halifax, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, or Manchester, United Kingdom

Salary: £61,344–£68,160 per year

What you will do

• Shape and deliver the future vision for digital wallets across Consumer Relationships and Embedded Finance.
• Work with Everyday Banking Payments, Visa, Mastercard, and teams across marketing, legal, risk, finance, and product.
• Use customer data, market intelligence, and competitor insight to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
• Build commercially sustainable digital wallet propositions and assess customer and business impact.
• Lead collaboration with risk and governance teams to support timely approvals.
• Develop future wallet innovations, including business cases and impact assessments with platform teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in payments.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in governance, design, or platform delivery.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience of digital wallets and the wider payments market.
• Background in banking, fintech, or payments organisations.
• Experience in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
