Core Trade Product Manager (Trade Finance)

Location: London or Birmingham, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at an office site.

What you will do

• Support the development and delivery of the Trade product strategy within Business & Commercial Banking.
• Shape solutions that help businesses manage liquidity, fund trade flows, and support growth.
• Improve product policies, processes, customer journeys, and customer experience.
• Support the growth and evolution of the Structured Trade Lending proposition.
• Work with internal teams, product specialists, and external partners to enhance Trade products.
• Ensure strong customer outcomes and compliance with internal governance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Core Trade, focused on Trade Finance.
• Proven experience in commercial product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insight for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, functions, and external partners.
