What you will do

• Own the end-to-end payment strategy and product definition for livestreaming monetization scenarios.
• Design scalable and compliant payment products for gifting, wallets, top-ups, settlements, and refunds.
• Partner with regional teams, operations, and compliance stakeholders to align product with local market needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk control, and finance teams to deliver seamless money movement solutions.
• Optimize key performance metrics, including payment success rates, conversion, and monetization efficiency.
• Analyze the global livestreaming payment ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Business, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in product management, payment solutions, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, risk control, and compliance in consumer-facing products.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore
