Product Manager (Fintech/AI Neobank)

What you will do

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver features.
• Translate complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve product decisions and post-launch iterations.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements while making trade-offs.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• English: strong communication required (main working language across global teams).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and move fast with limited guidance.
