Branch Manager III

Location: In-office at the Miami Gardens Red Road Branch, 17930 NW 57th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33015

What you will do

• Lead branch planning and execution to drive performance, revenue, market share, and outside business development.
• Manage relationships with consumer and business clients through discovery conversations, outreach, meetings, and tailored financial solutions.
• Coach employees to deliver proactive, technology-enabled customer experiences and resolve client issues effectively.
• Attract, onboard, develop, and manage the performance of branch team members.
• Coordinate with internal business partners on business results, pipeline management, and client solutions.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales-practice, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Typically a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Operations or production environment candidates typically need at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to understand balance sheets and income statements and make sound risk-management decisions.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
