What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer relationships and make referrals across the bank.
• Drive business development through community involvement, customer calling, and internal partnerships.
• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and motivate branch colleagues.
• Oversee operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in banking, sales leadership, consumer and business lending, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Ability to understand and lead branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, and digital channels.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
