Branch Manager - Camden

What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, service, operations, financial performance, and high-value consumer and business customer portfolio.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals, delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues, and deepening customer relationships.
• Coach colleagues on banking products, services, technology, policies, processes, and professional development.
• Drive customer acquisition, referrals, business development, community engagement, and internal partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring, staffing, operational controls, security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of banking, consumer and business deposits, consumer and business lending, investments, sales leadership, customer service, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, coaching, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other branch technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
